D.P.WOOD LAW assists clients will all areas of estate planning, such as creating wills, revocable living trusts, special needs trusts,  asset protection, power of attorney, medical and health care directives, declaration of guardianship,  planning for minor children, transfer on death deeds, and more.

We also practice probate law, whether it is obtaining Letters Testamentary through a probate with a will,

or intestate ("no will") probate via a Determination of Heirship, Affidavits of Heirship, or Small Estate Affidavits.
